Reminder

all I have to do, is just be my best.

It’s the state of mind. After the trauma, I just fall into a beta state of mind, being passive about everything. When I step up, I’m in an alpha state of mind, even if I’m doing the same thing, I feel better, I’m much more awake and conscious about what happened. So even if I’m doing the same thing, I actually feel better in my alpha state.
