What is the trauma

Briefly but meatly. It’s a big problem I cause at client place, so there’s constant pressure to make things right again, it just hurt so much I don’t eat well or sleep well. Even after the problem was solved for some time, my hands still shake in fear when I answer the phone.

I slept for about 12 hours, played 1 word game and reframe each other’s sentence. These are good conversational exercise and I felt charisma again.

One word game is a game where all parties reply in 1 word, they may no or may not make sense or be related.

Eg: sex, porn, food, star etc

Reframe game is about changing the direction of the conversation.

For example:
Henry: How old are you Shiro?
Shiro: Go ask your mum.
Henry: Your shoes really sucks.
Shiro: Sucks is such a meaningful and philosophic word.

I saw a cute girl with a very baggy pants, totally stand out. I didn’t open her. Later I realize my Approach Anxiety was caused when I wanted to create a smooth conversation. All I ever wanted in the first place, was to comment on the pants. Didn’t see her afterwards when I made my mind.
